the hotel has a great gym with free weights for a good workout. trains pass late at night making it noisy.

Unexpected challenges with a bright side

The hotel had a great downtown location, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, surprisingly upscale and delicious. The staff were attentive.

The rooms are a nice size and generally offer a sitting area, an iron with ironing board and a work desk. The bathroom is fairly clean, the beds are very comfy, the staff are attentive.

Absolutely nothing.

I thought I'd paid inclusive breakfast but was charged for the buffet it was $9.60 the guy running it was so lovely however I didn't query it. Clarify ur status of this and how you go about getting it when you check in

Consider requesting a quieter room away from busy areas for a more restful stay, especially during events when the hotel can be crowded.

Very comfortable and quiet. Very convenient!!

Elevators did not work. Only one worked. Long wait at times to go to our room. We were on 5th floor so we had quite a climb. Need to repair elevator and hotel would be wonderful!!!

The family room was elegant with climate control, flat-screen television and a fridge. The location was central, unbeatable right next to a railroad track.

The beds were super comfy, and I loved the nearby restaurant with delicious steaks. The location made it easy to access shops and cafes. A fridge in the room was perfect for keeping drinks cold, which I really appreciated after a long day.

Would definitely recommend for a city escape

Cozy room, friendly staff, with excellent free Wi-Fi, made staying connected easy and a convenient location near local attractions that facilitated exploration.

My partner called room service but received no answer. When he went down to order food, he was rudely turned away, highly disappointing for a hotel with advertised room service.

Inconsistent room cleanliness!!! Trains rumbling nearby caused significant disturbances at night!!! Poor internet connectivity made working from the room frustrating!!! Needs desperate upgrades to outdated facilities!!! Frequent noise issues without adequate management!!!

The location is fantastic, just a few blocks from the best chocolate place. The shower head, though adjustable, provided a decent experience. Staff engagement during dining at the bar adds a warm touch to our stay.

We had an issue with room cleaning service during our four-night stay.

amazing downtown access for weekend explorations and landmark visits

I loved the fantastic downtown location, made it easy to walk to so many historical landmarks, like the Madonna of the Trail statue just a short stroll away, as well as the cozy cafés like Mela Urban Bistro just a few steps from the hotel. It definitely made my city explorations nice and enjoyable.

Nicely located with a clean, comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff. The restaurant's tartines were a highlight, perfect for a light bite. Parking can be challenging during events, and noise from nearby trains may disrupt sleep, so consider requesting a room further away from the tracks.

Very clean rooms, great food, but trains nearby can be noisy at night.
